IX. INTERNATIONAL INNSBRUCK ANATOMY COURSE ON SURGERY OF THE SHOULDER
25 - 27 February 2019
The course will be held at the Department of Anatomy of the Medical University of Innsbruck/Austria in cooperation with the Department of Trauma Surgery, Sports Medicine and the Innsbruck Shoulder Society. Course chairmen will be Markus Wambacher and Franz Kralinger.
The course will be devoted to open and arthroscopic shoulder operation techniques and shoulder arthroplasty.
Topics for the course include basics, shoulder instability, rotator cuff, muscle tendon transfers, fractures of the humeral head and shoulder prosthetic replacement.
Highlights of the course will be hands-on dry lab and cadaver laboratories for participants (alcohol - glycerine - fixed cadavers).
